Pumphouse Pipe Diversion
Duffy Contractors were requested to remove existing effluent waste pipe and reinstate new pipe with ‘T’ piece for future expansion at a large confidential facility. Waste pipe operation could not be interrupted during works resulting in over pumping being implemented for duration of pipe change.

- Civils excavation to existing pipe and remove pipe
- Over pumping of effluent waste for duration of works
- Factory critical pipework- operations could not be interrupted
- Provision of back up pumps, generators and lights for 24/7 operation
- Silt traps and environmental considerations for adjacent river
- Install new pipe and ‘T’ Piece for future expansion
- Formwork and install of concrete support blocks
- Supply and install of manholes
- Backfill, blinding and landscaping
