Duffy contractors completed the construction of a temporary office accommodation for CBRE/Ericssons Athlone, consisting of office space, canteen area, meeting rooms, phone booths and toilets. The structure was completed with numerous modular cabins craned in and linked together to create one unit. The works involved groundworks, installation of modular units, M&E installation and fitout, the unit was fitted out to a very high standard. External works consisted of footpaths kerbing and landscaping.
